I started listening to a "goth essentials" playlist last year b/c I've always been interested but had no idea where to start really, and among others Rosegarden really burrowed into my brain so if anyone has suggestions based on that I would love to hear them.

Do you consider it culturally insensitive to wear/use an Ankh when it is not from you culture?

I love the them but I don’t know if it’s appropriate or respectful for me to wear or use.

I’d like some creepier love song recs. I like sappy songs but right now I’m looking for something maybe more sinister feeling…?

First of all, I’m strictly talking about goths on Tik Tok. I understand goth people get made fun of all the time but why do the same to others? Why are people judged for simply having a different taste of music, fashion, and mindset? Not everyone is capable of liking the same things. I’m just confused. I posted about this somewhere else and got judged and told I had no understanding of goth?

Just completed this one. Unfortunately our shitty old flat had a mold issue, and the entire inner side of this thing was bad. I washed with mold spray, and it kinda bleached it, but with the satin over it, I don't think it looks bad.

It sadly fell apart so I have to remake it on a new cardigan I just thrifted 🙁 I’m going to add more bands tho ! I have velvet fabric and lace I wanted to use to make patches !
